Beware the Evil Vampirate Horde at Pirates Dinner Adventure

Autumn is here: Celebrate at the Anaheim Fall Festival

Fall is officially here, which means it’s time to enjoy all things autumn! Not only does fall bring cooler weather, but it also brings along one of people’s favorite holidays – Halloween! Get Ready for Knott’s Scary Farm!

Is Halloween your favorite holiday? Do you enjoy getting scared? If so, there is good news, Knotts Scary Farm is just around the corner. That means, from September 24th through October 31st, each night, Knott’s Berry Farm will be transformed into a creepy horrorland filled with monsters and ghouls that you thought only existed in your nightmares. If you’ll be staying in a family-friendly hotel near Knott’s with affordable rates and you’re looking for something exciting to do, get your tickets for this scary event today!

With twelve themed mazes being offered this year, Knott’s Scary Farm has one of the most frightful mazes around. Each maze is decorated according to a particular theme. For example, over at The Gunslinger’s Grave: A Blood Moon Rises, travel back to the Wild West as gunslingers try to protect the town from werewolves. Unique to Knott’s Scary Farm is Special Ops: Infected – Patient Zero. Back by popular demand, this maze is truly unlike any other you’ve seen. This interactive experience puts you in the center of the action. Armed with Laser Guns, you and your team will have to fend off zombies in this timed mission. If zombies get too close, your laser gun will temporarily become unactivated, which will compromise the safety of you and the rest of your team! At the end of the mission, check out the display board to see how many zombies you killed. Each night of Knott’s Scary Farm, you will also be able to ride some of the attractions. For example, Timber Mountain Log Ride, Xcelerator, Supreme Scream, Silver Bullet, Montezoomas Revenge and more will be open.

Dress up and Party with Mickey during Halloween Time at Disneyland

Visiting Disneyland during the halloween season is a rare and special treat. From special events to newly decorated rides, there are so many reasons to visit Disneyland during this time. Halloween Time will be at Disneyland from September 11th through November 1st.

During this season, a few rides have received spooky makeovers to get you in the mood for the season. The Haunted Mansion attraction is now decorated in the theme of Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas”. Come and see Jack Skellington as well as other residents from Halloween Town. Space Mountain over in Tomorrowland, will be appropriately called Space Mountain Ghost Galaxy. You’ll be launched into a haunted section of the universe where you will try to escape from the clutches of haunted phantasms! Be sure to visit Main Street, which will be transformed into a beautiful pumpkin patch with over hundreds of hand-carved pumpkins. At Frontierland, check out a traditional Dia de los Muertos display and observe the holiday.

Aside from these seasonal additions, the park will also offer Mickey’s Halloween Party for guests. At Mickey’s Halloween Party be sure to come dressed up in a costume as you and your kids will get to stop at special trick-or-treat stations where they can receive candy and healthy treats. If your kids want to take a picture with one of their favorite Disney characters, including villains, they will be able to visit one of many photo locations throughout the park. Near the end of the night you are all invited to a dance party with fun music that the whole family can enjoy. There will also be food and drinks available. Rock out with the Foo Fighters at the Honda Center!

The Honda Center is one of the most well known venues in Anaheim and hosts some of the biggest names in music. The Honda Center is also home to The Anaheim Ducks of the National Hockey League. Cities that they recorded songs include Chicago, Nashville, Austin, New Orleans, New York, and Seattle. Songs on the album include “The Feast and the Famine”, “Something from Nothing”, “What Did I Do?/God As My Witness” and “In the Clear”. The Foo Fighters was created by Dave Grohl who was the drummer of the band Nirvana. Grohl founded the band after the death of Nirvana lead man, Kurt Cobain. Their debut album was released in 1995 and was entitled Foo Fighters. Throughout their career, they have released 8 albums and have won numerous awards including winning the Grammy for Best Rock Album for four of their albums. Classic songs by the Foo Fighters include “Everlong”, “The Pretender” and “Best of You”.
