If you have never been on the attraction Soarin’ Over California, then now is your chance to experience it! Soarin’ Over California first opened in 2001 and it took riders on an aerial flight above the Golden Gate Bridge, Malibu beaches and other California locales. Later, a new theme was launched in 2016 called Soarin’ Around the World. The new theme featured tours the Swiss Alps, Great Wall of China and other international landmarks.
The 2020 version of the Soarin’ Over California flight simulator ride will give you the feeling of hang gliding over Napa Valley, Monterey Bay and Redwood Creek. Sadly, this ride is only coming back to Disney California Adventure for a limited-time Feb. 28 to April 21 during the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival. However, according to Disney officials, an end date for Soarin’ Over California has not been confirmed.
As if riding Soarin’ Over California isn’t enough – there is another great reason to the Disneyland Resort! Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival will feature California-inspired bites, wine and beer along with live entertainment, culinary seminars, cooking demonstrations and hands-on experiences for kids.
