It’s time to gear up for some Halloween Fun in Orange County, California! Halloween is around the corner and there are tons of things to do for Halloween in and around the Disneyland® Resort. Halloween Time is one of the best times to visit Disneyland® Park. Main Street is decked out with spooky decorations, like larger-than-life-size pumpkins, spooky Disney characters, and special merchandise. As soon as you arrive, you will be greeted with costumed characters and spooky decorations. Some of the most popular places to visit on Halloween is the Haunted Mansion, Space Mountain Ghost Galaxy, and experience the Main Street Pumpkin Festival!

At Disney California Adventure® Park, you won’t want to miss Radiator Screams where you’ll see your favorite characters decked out in hilarious Haul-O-Ween costumes! You can also experience special Halloween events and purchase special tickets for Mickey’s Halloween Party, featuring special entertainment such as Cadaver Dan’s Ghostly Quartet, Halloween Screams Fireworks Spectacular, as well as the Frightfully Fun Parade, led by The Headless Horseman of Sleepy Hollow.

A short drive from the Anaheim Resort, you can visit Knott’s Scary Farm – another awesome theme park in Orange County. Knott’s Berry Farm has one of the most popular Halloween events in Southern California! You’ll experience freaky monsters, frightening mazes, and ‘scare zones’.  If you have younger kids under ten years of age, you can always enjoy Knott’s Scary Farm during the day at Camp Spooky.

You can also visit is Brick or Treat at LEGOLAND® on the Sept. 29, Oct. 6, 13, 20, and 27 and enjoy “Brick or Treat”. Kids are able to pick up treat bags and “Brick or Treat” at various Halloween-decorated stations located throughout the Park. There are also great picture opportunities and fun costume contests. There will also be numerous dance party locations throughout the Park.

If you’re willing to travel a little further, you can also visit Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios Hollywood. This event is for true horror-flick lovers. It’s not for the faint-of-heart. This event is a heart-thumping annual event that runs on select nights. You will be able to experience movie-set quality haunted sets, mazes, scare zones and even a Terror Tram. To save yourself time standing in long lines, you can buy a Halloween Horror Nights Front of the Line Pass.
